Shipping Policy

Where does ship to?

We ship to all 50 States and to most countries around the world! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and transit delivery times vary by your location.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the work week. Sometimes we may partially fulfill an order if part of the order is backordered. You will be notified via email if we do this to get prior approval.

FREE Shipping on all USA orders.

We offer Free Standard Shipping for US Domestic Orders


Buyer Shipping & Receiving Responsibility

Once your order has left our office and is scanned by the USPS, is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. It is Buyer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed. 

If you believe your parcel has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office. Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect a theft or misdelivery. 

Import Taxes & VAT for International is not responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas deliveries. If a parcel shipped to you is returned due to non payment of Import Tax and VAT, we can either ship the parcel back to you (additional shipping fees will apply) or payment will be given back as Store Credit minus the shipping fees.

How do I track my order?

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and tracking information is provided when your order has been fulfilled. You can track your package by logging into your account or going to and entering the tracking number provided.
