Antique French 18k gold pendant circa 1820-1850. Two beautiful finely enameled allegorical scenes, one depicting a cherub or putti holding a mirror reflecting a seated woman. The other is a vivid blue guilloche enamel ground depicting a pair of doves with flowers. Decorated with a wreath of graduated natural seed pearls. 9 decorative gold rings hang from the bottom of the pendant. Reminiscent of the works of Eugene Fontenay. 

Condition is good, areas of loss to enamel as pictured.

Hallmarked in two places with indecipherable markings.
