Extravagant antique 1920s diamond paste (glass) choker bib necklace. Most likely a stage or performance piece worn by an actress or showgirl. Graduated length from shortest on the outside to longest in the center. They sparkle beautifully while worn outdoors! 
17" circumference neck, total length 14.5" 
Overall very good condition. Appear to be missing 3 of the graduated jewels on both sides, see last photos.
